Tenerife Weather

The weather in Tenerife is reasonably consistent all year long especially in the South of the island. However the weather in the North and South of the Island can differ quite significantly. The clouds in the north of the island where the Passat winds are blocked in the valleys leaving the vegetation damp and wet which is why the north is greener than the south. Overall the island has three distinct cloud climate zones.
